OpenDo Taekwondo martial arts programs focus on self-defense and personal development through fitness and self-defence techniques. OpenDo draws on MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) including Okichitaw, BJJ, jiu-jitsu, hapkido, muay thai, and kickboxing to enhance personal protection while Taekwondo is used as the core training model.
